The thickness of aquaculture impermeable HDPE membrane is generally between 0.3-0.5mm. Farmers can choose according to their own aquatic products, generally for breeding fish, eel loach, thickness of 0.5mm can be choosed. But if you impermeable membrane for culture turtle should be no thinner than 1.5mm.




The quality of aquaculture impermeable HDPE membrane, we usually recommend customers to choose impermeable membrane made of non-toxic 1005 new material. Currently on the market there are mainly two kind of impermeable membrane, one kind is made of recycled material and one kind is made of new material. Impermeable membrane made from recycled raw material is coming from waste plastic products, thus the raw materials security cannot be controled. This kind of impeermeable membrane is usually used for  aquatic products such as grass carp, common carp, shrimp and the like.




Recycled material production quality and cheap impermeable membrane impermeable membrane is poorer. The new material production is made of transparent HDPE plastic particles produce large petrochemical production at home and abroad, the product performance is stable, reliable, non-toxic, no smell, can farm environmentally sensitive water impermeable membrane products. The price relative to the recovery of the new material production the material is more expensive. But the comprehensive cost is greatly reduced!
